Takeover of the business activities of the company Chemisches Labor Becker in Leipferdingen

As a long-established service laboratory for chemical analysis, the founder of the company, Mr. Herbert Becker, has built up a very extensive range of methods and equipment and has a broad customer base in the fields of medical technology, construction, waste disposal and recycling. Mr. Becker founded the company more than 20 years ago and built it up into a major medium-sized contract laboratory for chemical analysis. He documented this also by the large variety of analytical procedures with most modern analytical instruments and his personal, technically valuable commitment, in particular also in the field of special analytics. 

The handover of the business to CleanControlling followed many years of close and trusting cooperation between CleanControlling and Chemisches Labor Becker as part of the company's succession. Mr. Becker continues to accompany the company with his indispensable knowledge in the field of chemical analysis and is committed to a transition-free transfer of business activities and expertise in the coming years. 

The takeover by CleanControlling includes the entire business activities with the complete staff of 10 employees, the extensive laboratory equipment and infrastructure with state-of-the-art analytical instruments at the existing location in Leipferdingen.
