Collaboration of CleanControlling on CoHMed joint project "MS-Tox-Test"

Medical

In April 2019 started CleanControlling Medical with the project partners of the HFU Schwenneingen, AG Prof. Dr. Deigner, working on a joint project of CoHMed - "Connected Health in MedicalMountains - Die Innovations- und Transferpartnerschaft der Hochschule Furtwangen", financed by the German Ministry of Education and Research.

The aim is to optimize the in vitro cytotoxicity test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10993-5 with state-of-the-art scientific analyzes. The aim of the project "MS-Tox-Test" is to correlate cellular stress with certain process auxiliaries or material residues. In the process, cells that have been affected by residues of process additives should be investigated by means of mass-spectroscopic methods. The term of the project is until Q1 / 2021, we expect the first scientific publications on this topic in the coming year.

In this context, we welcome our BA/ MA students Orjwan Almousafir and Sarah Müller. Both have been doing their master's thesis in our laboratories since this automn.
