Deliveries by December 19, 2025, at the latest!

You can deliver your samples until December 19, 2025, at the latest. After that date, no more goods will be accepted. Please plan your shipment so that it does not fall within our company holiday period from December 22, 2025, to January 6, 2026.

We will resume accepting goods on January 7, 2026. You will receive a confirmation of receipt upon arrival of your goods. You will receive an order confirmation with the delivery date after your test documents have been processed. Please also note the current processing times, which we will provide upon request.

Biological / microbiological analyses

Deliveries by December 10, 2025, at the latest!

You can deliver your samples and test specimens for biological/microbiological analyses by December 10, 2025, at the latest, as these analyses require the samples to be incubated over several days.

Deliveries made after this date cannot be processed. The condition of the samples can then no longer be preserved, for example for bacterial count determination. Therefore, microbiological tests can only be carried out on samples delivered by December 10, 2025, or again from January 7, 2026.
